DD of Rs 4720/- favoring OSC GLOBAL PROCESSING PRIVATE LIMITED .
Both the DDs payable at New Delhi, to be attached with each Visa Application. PROCESSING TIME - 5-6 WORKING DAYS.

VISA FEES IF ONLINE VISA - INR 2900/- PER PERSON. Valid for 3 months Single Entry 30 days stay.

Processing Days - 3-4 working days.

Required Documents and Procedure -

·        Visa Application Form filled completely and duly signed by the applicant. ·        The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 9 months from the date of entry into Malaysia. ·        Three recent passport-size photographs (35 mm width x 50 mm height), 60-70 % of face appearance against a white background pasted and not stapled on the application form. ·        A typed covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose of visit. ·        Letter from the company / institution in Malaysia. ·        A Work Permit Approval from the Immigration Department in Malaysia (in original).

·        Please note this Approval Copy is received in a sealed envelope and should not be opened by the Applicant. ·        Confirm Air-Ticket with flight details and E- ticket number. ·        Original copy of VDR Approval Letter from Malaysian Immigration Department. ·        All workers going to Malaysia will have to enroll for their Biometrics and get the Immigration Security Clearence Certificate (ISC) from VFS which is mandate for submitting the application for Work Permit to Malaysian Government, the application can be submitted for Visa processing at VFS Application Centers. VFS is offering ISC services at New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai. There is a service charge of Rs. 2280/- for biometric enrolment which has to be paid in cash only. Kindly ensure to collect the receipt for the same from VFS office. ·        As per the Emigration Act, 1983, Emigration Check Required (ECR) categories of Indian passport holders, require to obtain "Emigration Clearance" from the office of Protector of Emigrants (POE), Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs for going to Malaysia. However, the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (Emigration Policy Division) have allowed ECR passport holders traveling abroad for purposes others than employment to leave the country on production of valid passport, valid visa and return ticket at the immigration counters at international airports in India w.e.f. 1st October 2007. (If the RPO has issued Indian passport either with endorsement of "Emigration Check Required" or no endorsement of "Emigration Check Required" in the passport, POE clearance is required only when there is "Emigration Check Required" endorsement in the passport.) ·        POE offices in India http://boi.gov.in/content/poe-offices-india . ·        An entry visa is issued, and period of stay is granted at the time of entry into Malaysia.
